The Ohio Departments of Medicaid and Mental Health and Addiction Services will hold a virtual public forum on July 16 at 10 a.m. to hear from interested parties and stakeholders regarding Ohio’s Medicaid Substance Use Disorder (SUD) 1115 Waiver.
At the forum, ODM and OhioMHAS staff will provide an overview of Ohio’s SUD 1115 waiver and the progress made to date. Following the briefing, participants are invited to comment on the progress report, or on any aspect of Ohio’s SUD 1115 Demonstration Waiver. Stakeholders can offer comments by speaking during the meeting or submitting written comments before or after the webinar.
Instructions for how to offer verbal comments will be given at the beginning of the webinar. Anyone who cannot attend or who does not wish to speak may submit their written comments via email to MCD_SUD1115@medicaid.ohio.gov.
