Exhibitor opportunities for the 2026 Annual Spring Conference are exclusively available to current Ohio Children’s Alliance members and Silver-level (and above) event sponsors, providing expanded opportunities to showcase your organization and enhance your conference experience. This approach was intentionally adopted to better align exhibitor engagement with our mission, elevate the overall conference experience for attendees, and ensure meaningful value for our members and sponsoring partners.

Non-members Interested in Exhibiting

Organizations that are not current members are invited to engage with the conference through sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship packages begin at $2,500 (does not include exhibit table) and offer meaningful visibility and connection with leaders across Ohio’s child- and family-serving systems.

Organizations interested in exhibiting are encouraged to select a sponsorship level of $5,000 or higher, which includes exhibitor participation along with expanded recognition and engagement opportunities throughout the conference. Learn More
